As a result of the project, traditional cuisine will be researched and described as part of the rich intangible heritage of the region and common tourist products will be created and promoted. The knowledge and skills of key figures in the development of culinary tourism will be increased, which will lead to an increase in tourist interest in the region in the cross-border region and will turn it into an attractive and sought-after destination. All this will contribute to stimulating the balanced and sustainable development of the Vidin-Bor cross-border region.
